新山下商栄会の理念
１．地域との連携について
●新山下が住民も町外の人も、いつも楽しくてワクワクする様な、笑顔が素敵な街にして、次の世代に繋げていく。
●新山下の商店会を、中区で一番、横浜で一番の感動を与える商店会にしよう。
●下町パワーで、お客さんを新山下のファンにしよう。
●子供達にも大人にも、安全で楽しい街作りをする為に、
新山下町内会と消防団と商栄会が連携していきます。
２．商店会活動の基本的考え方
●新山下１-３丁目の商店同士で繋がりを持ち、助け合おう。
●商人は約束は必ず守ろう。お金だけが正義ではない。
●新山下の商店街をシャッター商店街にしない様に努めていく。
●各店舗の名物を作り、名物を売りにして、自分のお店にお客さんを集めていこう。
そして、新山下の街全体にお客さんを呼ぶ。
●良い物を仕入れ、良いものを販売し新山下の商店の価値を上げる。
●新山下の商店の力,アートの力で、観光客を新山下に集めていこう。
３．加盟店舗間のマナー
●新山下の商店同士皆が繋がり、仲良く交流を深めていく。
●仲間の批判は外では絶対にするな！
●悪口は絶対に言うな！
●悪口を言う人にのせられるな！
●礼儀、礼節、節度を重んじよう。
４．商店会の営業の考え方
●商売はお客さんを助けて喜ばせる事！ そして感動を与える事！
●貰う事を最初に考えるのは商売ではない。
まずお客さんに感動を与える。そして喜んでもらう。
そうすればお客さんは、必ずお返ししてくれるはず！
●新山下に来て良かった、買って良かった、美味しい！嬉しい！
●楽しい笑顔を、新山下から広めていこう！ そして、新山下を中区で一番、横浜で一番素敵な街にしよう！
●まず行動！諦めたら終わり、皆んなが行動すれば必ず出来るはず。

1. About collaboration with local communities
● Shin-Yamashita will create a city where residents and people outside the town are always happy and excited,

●Let's make the Shin-Yamashita Store Association the most impressive in Naka Ward and Yokohama.
● Let's make customers fans of Shin Yamashita with the power of downtown.
●The Shin-Yamashita Neighborhood Association, the Fire Brigade,
and the Shoeikai will work together to create a safe and enjoyable town for both children and adults.
2. Basic concept of shopping association activities
●Let's help each other by connecting with other stores in Shinyamashita 1-3-chome.
● Merchants must keep their promises. Money isn't the only justice.
●We will try not to turn the Shin-Yamashita shopping district into a shuttered shopping district.
●Make specialties for each store, sell them, and attract customers to your own store.
And we call customers to the whole town of Shin Yamashita.
●Purchase good products, sell good products, and increase the value of shops in Shinyamashita.
●Let's attract tourists to Shinyamashita with the power of Shinyamashita's shops and the power of art.
3. Etiquette between affiliated stores
